Meditation is simple but it is not easy. A group is not necessary but can be a great support and motivator. Sharing of experiences, techniques and insights with others can be helpful, inspiring and fun.
Meetings have been temporarily suspended due to lack of interest.
If/when we have sufficient interest we will resume.

Without balance things are tougher. Meditation helps us find it and keep it. Prepared for whatever life brings. Our Happiness does not have to be effected by outside events. Meditation helps us not get tossed around. When we are in the zone it feels so great! With meditation we can learn how to get into the zone and stay there longer. We don’t have to be our own worst enemy.
This DZIMC group will be facilitated by long time members, Steve & Terrah Swartz. They both bring many years of meditation and education experience.
